Mary Saunders guilty of Petit Treason in that she murdered Joan Jones, her mistress, by striking her on the head with a cleaver, in the parish of Llangattock-Vibon-Avel on 7th September 1763.  She was ordered to be drawn to the place of execution and there burned.
